These online payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online payment transaction service (the “Service”) provided by Samastha Islamic Center Edavannappara (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or “Center”).
By accessing this website and utilizing our online payment facility for membership registration or renewal, you (“User”, “Member”, or “You”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following provisions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the transaction.
1. Scope of Service & Agreement
This Service is specifically provided to facilitate the online collection of Membership Fees from registered and new members, as well as well-wishers of the Samastha Islamic Center Edavannappara.
These Terms constitute a binding legal contract between you and Samastha Islamic Center Edavannappara.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Membership Fee & Payment Flow
All membership categories, fee structures, and validity periods are clearly specified on the respective registration/payment form page.
Members must ensure that they provide accurate personal and financial details at the time of payment.
Once a payment is initiated, the funds will be processed securely, and a digital receipt/acknowledgment will be generated immediately upon successful confirmation from the banking network.
3. Payment Gateway, Security & Liability
Online payments are processed through a secured third-party Payment Gateway Provider (PSP) that supports multiple payment modes, including UPI, Netbanking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.
Samastha Islamic Center Edavannappara does not store or process your sensitive financial data (such as Card CVV, Netbanking passwords, or UPI PIN) directly on our servers.
While the payment gateway uses industry-standard SSL encryption, the user acknowledges that internet transactions carry inherent security risks. The Center shall not be held liable for any data breach, fraud, or transaction failures occurring at the Payment Gateway Provider’s or the issuing bank’s end.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Cancellation: Membership fees once processed and successfully credited via the online service cannot be cancelled or revoked under any circumstances.
Duplicate Transactions: In the event of a technical glitch causing a duplicate debit (the same membership fee charged twice in error), the member must report the issue within 7 working days to our support team with valid transaction IDs or bank statements.
Refund Timeline: Verified duplicate or excess amounts will be refunded to the original payment source (the same card/bank account/UPI ID used during the transaction) within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval.
5. Fulfillment & Membership Activation Policy
Upon successful completion of the payment transaction, a digital receipt will be dispatched to the user’s registered email ID instantly.
The digital membership confirmation/activation will be updated in our portal's database within 24 to 48 hours, subject to standard banking settlement cycles. No physical delivery of goods or products is associated with this membership transaction.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
By using this Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Personal information (such as name, contact number, email, and address) collected during the payment process will strictly be used for identification, membership records, and verification purposes.
Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. However, your data will be securely accessible to authorized technical teams, web developers, and hosting providers who maintain the website infrastructure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Samastha Islamic Center Edavannappara makes no guarantees regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the website or the Payment Gateway.
The Center shall not be responsible for transaction failures resulting from network drops, server timeouts, or issues within the user's local internet connection or device. Use of this service is entirely at the User's own risk.
