• Phone Number: Used for OTP-based authentication. We do not store passwords.
• Name: Your display name for your account profile.
• Transaction Records: Records of payments and commitments (offers) made through the app.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
• Firebase Token: Push notification token to send relevant alerts and updates.

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you via OTP and manage your account.
• To process and record payments, commitments, and donations.
• To generate digital receipts and payment summaries.
• To send push notifications about relevant announcements or donation confirmations.
• To improve app stability and fix bugs using diagnostic data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, push notifications, and real-time database hosting.
• Our Backend API: Hosted securely to process app requests and store transaction data.
• Payment Gateways & UPI Apps (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm/Omniware): When you initiate a payment, you are redirected to the respective gateway/app. We do not store your UPI credentials or bank details.

All third-party services used comply with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS) encrypted connections.
• Firebase Realtime Database is secured with strict access rules.
• We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9).

Our app uses phone number-based OTP (One-Time Password) for authentication via Firebase Authentication:

• Your phone number is used exclusively for secure login verification.
• OTPs are valid for a limited time and are not stored after verification.
• We do not use your phone number for marketing calls or SMS spam.

Payments within the app are facilitated through UPI-based payment apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.):

• We do not collect or store your bank account details, card numbers, or UPI PINs.
• Payments are handled entirely by the respective payment application or secure aggregator.
• We record only the transaction outcome (amount, date, status, payment reference) for receipt generation.

With your permission, we may send push notifications for:

• Payment confirmations and receipt availability.
• Important announcements from the center.
• Event reminders and community updates.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such data promptly.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications through device settings at any time.
